How long does shipping take?
Our delivery time is 7–18 business days. This is because our products are shipped directly from our international warehouse. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period in accordance with consumer protection laws. This means you can return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Original packaging should be intact.
To initiate a return, please contact us, and we’ll send you the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
What if the product is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us photos and a description through the contact form, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I haven’t received my order – what should I do?
If more than 18 business days have passed since you placed your order and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us. We’ll help you track the package and find a solution.
